The Light2Live coaching programs are 6-week courses that are entirely online.

Participate and step into your new healthy body from anywhere where you have access to the internet.

Every person signing up for a course will have a coach that will support and guide them to success.

We will introduce you to shortcuts in preparation that will automate your daily routine to support your success

LIVE 1-1 COACHING every week!

You will have a one-to-one live session with your Light2Live coach every week.  During these sessions, we will look back at the previous week and celebrate the wins.  You will also get a peek into what awaits in the new week.  Every week you will be coached to be mentally prepared for what lies ahead.  Then we discuss the topic of the week and answer all the possible questions you might have.  
We will pick the perfect videos for you that will inspire you and strengthen your knowledge base.
You will have the daily support of your coach so that you never feel alone or lost on your journey.  Your coach will be one phone call away - always there for you to help with any question, obstacle or to celebrate your progress with you!

Group COACHING every week!

In our Light2Live group sessions, you'll kick off a 7-week Weight Loss Bootcamp together. We’ve got three 30-day menu plans, plus a recipe book with over 90 easy and delicious recipes for foods, drinks, and snacks.

Every week, we’ll meet for a group online strategy session to keep you motivated, share tips, and answer your questions. Your coach will be there to guide you and ensure you stay on track.

You'll follow daily nutritional guidelines and keep a journal to track your thoughts and progress. We also have a weekly progress tracker so you can see just how far you’ve come.

Your coach is just a call away, ready to offer support and celebrate your wins with you. Plus, you'll leave the program with a strategy plan for the future, ensuring you keep thriving even after the 7 weeks are up.
